We read players for a living, and continuously evolve our mix to maximize brand loyalty, trip frequency and wallet share. Every play in here got tested on our own floor first, with our own budget riding on it.
The record
Five years running, our slot floor has grown by double digits year over year. It came from reading the player properly, then building promotions that add trips rather than move them around the calendar. More visits, longer stays, and more of each player's month landing with us instead of somewhere else.
A consultant hands you a deck and a theory. We hand you the thing we already do on a Tuesday.
Same systems you use. Same player psychology. The same argument about floor space you probably had last week. When we tell you a reinvestment cut will not cost you play, it is because we ran that exact test on our own floor and watched our own number to find out.
That is the whole idea. Not advice from the outside. The plays, from someone still running them.
Most people who show up offering to grow your revenue have never had to defend an offer value to their own finance team, or explain a soft Tuesday to an owner, or decide whether the poker room earns its square footage.
I have, this quarter. That is really the only reason to take my call rather than somebody else's, and it is the only thing I would ask you to weigh.
If the conversation is not useful, we will both know inside ten minutes and you will get the rest of your afternoon back.
Where it starts
The same number whether you run five hundred units or thirteen hundred. We do not quote bespoke and we do not price you on what we think you can afford. If you decide to keep going afterwards, it comes off the first invoice. If you do not, you keep the list.
Why operators pick up
Anyone can buy a redemption. The hard part is a promotion that lifts visits, length of stay and monthly theo per player without paying for the trip they were making anyway. We test every offer against a holdout, so you find out which visits you actually bought.
We run one of the larger rooms on the continent. Hardly anyone outside that small group actually knows whether a poker room can be made to pay. We will open our own departmental numbers to show you what we found.
Some properties should just run the list themselves. Some cannot measure a result cleanly enough to make the work worth it. You will hear that in week one rather than after a year of invoices.
And we never touch a name. You hash the identifier before anything leaves your building and you keep the key, so we work in behaviour rather than identity. The whole standard is published here.
Before you call anyone
Twelve questions, four minutes, and you will know if this is even worth a conversation.
The same questions we would ask you on a first call, with the same weights we use. Nothing is stored and nothing is sent unless you decide to send it. If the answer comes back as no, that is a genuinely useful thing to learn on a Tuesday afternoon.
The next step
Tell us about the property. We will tell you what we would look at first and roughly what we think it is worth. No slides, no follow-up sequence, and no hard feelings if the answer is not now.
